- You need 1 glass of basmati rice.
- Prepare 2 of onions.
- It's 2 of carrots.
- You need 1 of small floret cauliflower.

- You need 1 cup of hot milk.
- You need of Some threads of saffron.
- You need of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of mixed whole masalas.

Mixed Veg Biryani instructions
- Soak the rice for 20 minutes.
- Dissolve the saffron in hot milk.
- Make the paste of mint leaves and green chillies.
- Boil the rice in water and strain it.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook all the vegetables with little salt.
- In a handi heat oil and put cumin seeds and whole masalas.
- Now layer 1/2boil rice.
- Put some cooked vegetables.
- Pour 1/2curd on it.
- Put 1/2mint and chillies paste.
- Now repeat it.
- Now pour saffron milk on it.
- Cover with the tight lid and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes.
- Now open and when aroma comes serve hot with mixed raita.
