  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of oil.

  6. It's 3/4 tbsp of shahi Biryani masala.
  7. You need to taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of matar(green peas).

  12. You need 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (paneer).
  13. You need 1/4 of chopped capsicum (optional).

Veg Biryani instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil, onion.
  2. When onion becomes pink, add garlic and green chillies, bayleaf mix well.
  3. Add tomato, veggies (carrots,potatoes,beans,matar).
  4. Add salt, turmeric, Biryani masala, red chilli powder, colour mix well.
  5. Add little water. Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
  6. Add soaked rice and remaining water in it.
  7. Let it cook.
  8. When it's almost ready, add pieces of paneer to it and mix gently..
  9. Serve hot..
