- Now in the Remaining ghee add Mixed Spices and add 1 chopped onion to this ghee.Stir fry it and then add 1 chopped Capsicum and boiled peas carrot and green beans.Stir fry everything.Now add some Salt,red chilli powder and Biryani Masala and Fresh Cream..

- Now dissolve the saffron in about 3-4 tbsp milk..
- Now take one handi and put some gravy down and put a layer of rice and sprinkle some of the Saffron and keep on doing this till all the layers are completed..
- Now add the other fried onions and add some cashew nuts and Sultana on top of the rice and cover the lid and cook on a slow flame for 5-10 minutes..
